Welcome to Hayfoot Farms

Hayfoot Farms is a 14-acre farm located about 60 miles north of New York City in Putnam County. It's where crabapples, raspberries, chestnuts and other Empire State delicacies have thrived for centuries in their natural state. It is also where, for the last four decades, I have developed my cooking skills and come up with recipes that I am ready to share with the world.
