"WHALE WATCHER " is painted on the bottom of frame. In between Whale Watchers on the frame is a picture depicting two whales and a sailboat on the sea. On either side of the scene are two cutout hearts with sailboats painted on them. Very detailed painting depicting marine life and people on various boats watching the whales. There are five hot air balloons and an Inn in the background. Dated 1986 and signed on bottom left. The measurements include the frame. Contact for price.
