Letters are sent out during the Fall and Winter semesters inviting all eligible students to join the Beta Gamma Alpha chapter of Phi Theta Kappa. These letters congratulate prospective members and invite them to attend an orientation session which explains in detail what Phi Theta Kappa is, and how one goes about joining. If you receive one of these letters you should do the following:

1. Attend one of the orientation sessions! This is where officers and advisors can answer your questions. It is also the easiest way to get the application form you will need to fill out.
2. Return the application form and initiation fee to the chapter advisor by the date specified at the orientation meeting.
